EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at surfergirl.11@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized.
